If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry—we’re happy to offer a one-time free replacement.
Here’s what to do:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you ordered the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@alphainfuse.com. After this window, the order may already be processed for shipping.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If you notice a typo right after ordering, email us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to update it before shipping.
